This is one of my favorite pictures from the garden I used to have. I loved that gazing ball (I have since given it to Bessie) and the flower growing around it is a hardy perennial called Miss Willmott's Ghost.
Then of course, there's the sky reflected in the gazing ball - with lovely clouds. Pay no attention to the blogger standing next to the trellis of sweet peas in the reflection!
Oh, and for those of you expecting an Egypt post here for Photo Hunters - I couldn't find any clouds in the sky in any of my Egypt pics!
Have a great weekend!

I've seen these gazing balls in gardens before, I've always wondered what they were for. Cool reflection!
Comment by Sammawow on 6:20 PM
Now this is the coolest cloud picture that I have seen today! Absolutely brilliant!
Comment by Maddy on 6:57 PM
I have one of those too, although I have yet to figure out how to photograph it without having my own distorted reflection and camera!
Cheers

That is a really fabulous response to the theme! What an original way to look at the clouds.
Comment by Lorianna on 11:03 PM
Such a lovely picture Mo! I miss my gazing globe. It bit the dust during a windy storm this past winter and I have not found a suitable replacement.
I totally spaced and forgot about Isis's B-day! I will pop over to say hello to the little sweetie!
Gentle Hugs,
Lorianna

That is a good take on the theme. Like usual, I posted my photo last night but forgot to sign in over at TN Chick's place. You think I'd learn by now!
I love the three gazing balls I got from the Wren's nest!
~~~Blessings~~~
Miss Willmott's Ghost?
Really?
What a freaky name for a plant.
This gives me an idea...
