I was going to write a story about a little Quaker girl who ate Quaker oatmeal under some quaking aspens, but instead I got rumbling, quaking guts that would make the inventor of Pepto-Bismol quake with fear.
If you live within 200 miles of Southwestern Michigan and wondered if that was an earth-quake after-shock today, no it was just my bowels. Sorry.

Ummm... Just be careful around an open flame with that "quaking" feeling. Trust me I know these things.

    Happy Manic Monday

    Later y'all.

  2. Janna Says:

    So THAT'S what that was....

  3. Neila Says:

Well, I didn't feel it here in Kansas, so see? It could be worse! :-)

  4. Linda Says:

Hey there - not playing this week due to my work schedule, etc. but I did want to pop in and tell you that I hope you're feeling better. I can recall having that sort of issue a time or two myself and it's not fun at all.

Skip the Pepto and go right for the Imodium my friend!

  5. Lorianna Says:

Tummy troubles again? Didn't you have a intestinal bug maybe a month ago? Poor Mo! :(
    Feel better Hon.
    Hugs,
    Lorianna

  6. What Linda said. Out with the Pepto and in with the Imodium. It really does the trick. Big hug. :)

  7. well mr mo, you had a lot of gas....

  8. Uh oh! I hope you're feeling better soon. :( You poor dear.

  9. The Bee Says:

Very clever post about stomach rumblings!

My friend's intestine behavior is just predictable. Whenever she eats..after the bout, she will definitely be in that throne!

    Hope you are fine now!

Have a great week ahead! :-)

I've been gone a long time. It's good to be back. Mine is called Shake and Quake and you can find it here:
    http://corinajoyc.wordpress.com/2008/04/20/shake-and-quakeshake-and-quake/

  16. Corina Says:

It would be really nice if people could leave the url to their blog that has the MM post instead of a link to their main page that lists four or five blogs and then we have to go looking through all of them to find the MM prompt post.

Also, some of you Blogger.com people have your accounts set so that only people with blogger accounts can comment. What's up with that?

  17. Is that like Broccoli Poots? Hey, Mo, with all your gastronomical Quakes adn Explosions, you may want to consider adding more Fiber into your diet!

At first I typed Fober, but that's just wrong... I'm glad I looked before I hit Publish, because I don't think Fober will help at all.

  18. Stine Says:

    Hope your quakes have subsided...
I got it all wrong today...

  19. Sanni Says:

Oh my... hope you´ll feel better soon. Blame the quake on me and my daily growing weight! *g*

  20. Poor Not The Mama!

If my hooman mommy will find my Manic Monday entry... it might be the last one I´ve ever done. *g*

I smell she´s going to bar me from posting anything *oooops*

  21. Morning. No sleep last night, so there is a real possibility that I'm not going to make much sense today. Okay, everyday. Stop laughing.

  22. Matt-Man Says:

That was very touching Mo. Cheers!!
